Helpline for self-injury

 

BCSW Helpline is now closed.

We are very sad to annouce that at 9pm on Sunday February 27th 2011 BCSW closed its helpline for the last time.

Are there other sources of support I can access by telephone that might be helpful for me to use?
There are other sources of support that provide listening and understanding, both specifically about self-injury and about other issues. See below.
