To respond to as many clients as possible we need to upgrade our phone, text, email and webchat systems into one multi-channel system.

This will mean:

we can answer more calls, text, emails and webchats

we can track when our service is busiest so we can have more volunteers available

we will have fewer or no technical issues due to using several different systems

we can consider expanding our services as we can run them from different locations

the services will be 'futureproof' as our current systems are out of date and unreliable

To replace our current systems we need to raise £5000 by November 2018 - every donation will help us to continue to offer our vital services.
