Publications and Resources

If you have any publications or research projects that you would like to display on our website, please apply here.

We have carried out extensive research into the experiences and needs of people who self-injure. As well as helping to shape our own services, this work has helped other people and organisations to better understand self-injury and find the best ways of working with people who self-injure.

"Thank you for sending such a useful range of inclusive and accessible resources on self-injury. They will be very helpful in my work as an advocate."

Our information booklets offer information and advice to individuals who self-injure, as well as professionals, friends, families and/or carers who support them.

All of our publications are available to order via our shop page. We ask for a small donation and any profit made goes directly toward continuing and developing our support services and resource provision.
