We are now offering a self-harm information and navigation service open to anyone over 18 affected by self-harm including those who self-harm, friends and family and people who work with people who self-harm.

Our Self Harm Information and Navigation Service can help you to find information about reliable self-help and information resources on self-harm and support to look for local or online direct support.

It can be for you, a friend or family member or someone you work or know in your community.

What We Can Offer:

  • Help to choose the most useful and relevant materials for you from our database of reliable information and self-help resources
  • Support to connect with local services and activities that you think might be helpful to you
  • Compassionate and non-judgemental guidance on using self-help materials

We will respond within one week.

The service is confidential unless you tell us you or someone else is in immediate danger.
