CASS Helpline and TESS text, email and webchat support lockdown update

We are hoping to keep as many of our support services open as possible during the lockdown, however, with an increase in the likelihood of staff or volunteers being off we are aware that might mean we have to close services more often.

We are doing everything we can to avoid closing the services but feel that some disruption is likely and we already seeing this.

We will let you know if we need to close a service through our website and Twitter accounts.
