Our email support service is back up and running after a break due to technical issues.

Our email service is back up and running again and will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7pm-9.30pm. You can send an email at any time but we will only respond during our service hours.  

The service is for women of any age or background affected by self-injury, whether their own or that of a friend or family member. 

All messages are answered by female volunteers who have received specialist training.

If you don’t know how to start talking, just email “hello”. 

The email service is confidential and anonymous and we won’t be able to see your email address. Please be aware though that if you use an email template or email signature with identifying information in then this will be visible when you send your email. We recommend you remove any identifying information before sending your email.   

We reply to all messages. Our aim is to email back within 48 hours during our opening times. 

Sometimes when we are very busy messages do wait for longer and occasionally we have to reply to emails later than within 48 hours. You will receive an auto message from us letting you know if we are experiencing a high number of emails.
