Coronavirus Update - as we are all currently working remotely we are unable to send out Rainbow Journals.

We are working to make the journal available electronically and will resume sending out physical journals as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A self help resource with artwork, quotes and poems by young people who self-injure, the Rainbow Journal contains useful tips to gain insight and awareness.

The Rainbow Journal is a book aimed at helping young people move from self-harm to self-care. It has blank pages for writing about feelings and for drawing. It includes artwork, quotes and poems by young people who self-injure.

It is A5 size, spiral bound and very bright and colourful. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with counselling, as an additional tool.

If you are UNDER 18 and in the UK you can request a free copy of the Rainbow Journal for yourself - we are in the process of making the journal available online as we are not currently able to send out physical journals.

We hope to soon reinstate ordering a copy using our online order form or printing and posting our postal order form.

If you are 18 or over, a professional or other supporter, or if you are outside the UK, you can purchase a copy of the Rainbow Journal through our shop.
