For our first themed playlist we have chosen the theme of 'hope'. Hope is something we think about a lot as an organisation - sometimes it's something that can be hard to see or imagine and sometimes it's something we have to hold alongside recognising despair and desperation. Sometimes it brings us together - and sometimes it's all we've got.

Below are some suggestions on the theme of hope from Self injury Support staff and volunteers, as well as members of Melody Makers Choir who are supporting Self injury Support this year.
