Listening Services Closure Update

We had been planning for our helpline, text, webchat, and email support services to be closed from 27th December until the end of March 2023. Unfortunately, we are still exploring our funding options which has meant that we'll need to change our timeframes. We're now working towards a new reopening time of Summer 2023. Read more

CASS Helpline and TESS text, email and webchat support lockdown update

We are hoping to keep as many of our support services open as possible during the lockdown, however, with an increase in the likelihood of staff or volunteers being off we are aware that might mean we have to close services more often.
